"Since joining the circle, and meditating, I see things in a different way. I now can see so much beauty in the trees, and the birds, everything around me. The Meditation Circle has changed my life in the way I can Be. Instead of reacting in a negative way as I did before, I now accept what shows up. I am calmer, and happy.


Here is just one example: I was at a friends house after meditating. We were sitting on the porch, and a lady came over asking us questions about something she thought we said. She seemed angry and wanted an argument. I reached out my hand and introduced myself and smiled. I listened to what she was saying, and I was trying to understand what she wanted. I knew that she just wanted to be heard.


The coversation went from angry to peace in a matter of minutes just by letting her speak. I was not angry, and neither was anyone else. Months ago, I may have started yelling back, now I can remain calm and just listen."

"When I started the Meditation Circle, it was on an impulse and I was hoping to benefit mostly from the discipline of meditating everyday. As time went on, I noticed that I could hardly wait for 5:30 every evening.


Around day 13, it became just as clear and bright as a flash of lightning that I had found within me a cherished treasure of knowledge and comfort. The feeling was so clear and I felt both elated and sad at the same time.


Elated because it felt so real and comfortable to know that each one of us are divine presence and that all we need to do is recognize that and sad that I had not been able to appreciate and know that for all these years.


Well, now I live in a meditative state most of the time and keep reminding myself of my true nature and gift. I try to surrender myself to the higher Self and strive for all my thoughts, words and feelings to emerge from that loving place within me.


That feeling is very empowering and humbling at the same time. It is empowering because I can always count on it to dispel any fear or doubt in my mind before it can creep in. It is humbling to know that as a 'human' being, I am limited and small but when I remind myself that in reality I am not separate and indeed am the loving Divine Presence that just is, there is a great feeling of expansiveness within that is hard to describe.

"This could not have come at a better time in my life. What I could not have anticipated was that, in the past week, I would go through a significant turning point in my life, one that could have been really devastating for me.
